Website hosting
The website runs on servers managed by Pollen and hosted by OVHcloud in France. The exact identity and contact details of the OVH contracting entity must still be confirmed before publication.
Contact form data and purposes
The form collects your last name, first name, company, email address and message to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare discussions about your project. Required fields are necessary to process the request; without them, the form cannot be submitted. Form data is not automatically used for newsletters or forwarded to KESCO.
Legal basis
Business enquiries are processed on the basis of Pollen’s legitimate interest in answering requests. Where an individual wishes to enter into a contract personally, necessary exchanges may be based on pre-contractual measures taken at that individual’s request.
Access to requests and email
Requests sent to contact@pollen-metrology.com are reviewed by Johann Foucher. Emails are stored in Microsoft 365. Microsoft and technical hosting providers supply their respective services under their contractual obligations.
Retention: no more than three months
Contact form data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and deleted no later than three months after receipt. If discussions lead to commercial follow-up or a contractual relationship, only the data needed for that purpose may be transferred to the relevant prospect or customer processing, with separate information and retention rules. This does not automatically extend retention of the original message.
Data location
Website servers are hosted in France by OVHcloud. This does not establish where Microsoft 365 emails are stored. Mailbox storage location, possible international transfers and their safeguards must still be verified in the Microsoft 365 configuration and contract before publication.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. Contact contact@pollen-metrology.com or write to the registered office to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: CNIL.
Security, cookies and external services
The contact form uses a technical security cookie lasting no more than 30 minutes and controls against automated submissions. The service temporarily keeps technical identifiers derived from IP addresses to limit abuse; these are not used for advertising. Videos and publications are external links; the destination services apply their own policies when opened. Any additional analytics or tracking tools must be assessed before activation.
Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, illustrations, videos, brands and logos belong to their respective rights holders. Reproduction requires permission. Curves in “Your gains with Smart3” are conceptual illustrations rather than quantified customer results.
